We are all One "I". Our Father is in the Heart of every living entity. There is no death for the Eternal Being. Knowing this, one passes through every day life with a cheerful attitude, everithing material becomes a childish game and little by little one enters the kingdom of Heaven on earth, which belongs to beings, pure like babies. Pain can hurt only the body, but when you are conscious of The Truth, nothing can hurt You, because the real You is ever-loving, ever-carefree, ever-free enjoyer.

Engage your body in good actions from morning till night - listen to music, sing, dance, love every smiling person you see and don't pay attention to the un happy ones.
