My mother has cancer of the meninges which has spread to both her spine, stomach and lungs. All of these are small but the doctors gave her 3 months. It has past 3 months now and she is doing really well, I think, in recovering. Oddly this is scaring me becasue I don't know what to expect next

Can anybody help me with this?

i've noticed that people don't tned to give many links or resources out on these forums which i understand is hard to find otherwise i wouldn't be posting here to request some!

I just need information from somebody with the same experience

Dear Charlie,

Sorry to hear about your Mum's diagnosis but happy to hear that she is doing well. Cancer can be beaten and maybe that is what your Mum is doing. Staying positive is very important.

www.cancerbacup.org.uk seems to be a good place to start. You can talk to nurses on the phone and website will direct you to other resources.
