I have recently been diagnosed with lymphocytosis, Neutropenia is present as are smudge cells. I continually see reference to "massive lymphocytosis" in reference to CLL. My level was 8.9, more than twice the high end of the reference range. What is considered "massive"?

I am not sure a definition of "massive lymphocytosis" exists in the medical world. Lymphocytosis refers to an increased number of lymphocytes. If not already in progress, a medical evaluation should be considered to determine the cause.
