Hi, I am 43 year old female, I have found a lump in my groin area about the size of a grape, I have had it for about 3 weeks. I don't have any major symptoms other then dealing with migraines everyday, no fever or anything else really. I feel tired, but I think that's just from having a 5 year old. have any of you had a swollen lymph node in the groin area and it turned out to be serious? thanks for your input.

I've had brain surgery, due to scar tissue on the right side of my brain, which was causing me to have seizures. Since the surgery 4 years ago I have been seizure free, God is good! I don't need anything else to worry about so praying it's nothing serious.

Blessings,

Hi, believer4ever:
One of the hardest things to do is to go to the doctor when you discover a strange bump or lump that has not been there before. I am no doctor, but I know of many friends who have had similar experiences where it turned out to be something benign; my advice to anyone who has a lump or bump where there has not been one (or wehre there should not be one) should see a doctor. Go with a detailed list of any symptoms and changes to your lifestyle, eating, sleeping, etc. and ask a certified professional.
