I just want to know your opinions about it. I live in Lithuania and people and doctors say that it is healthy if you do not use it very often (one time per week is ok). O jave read many articles on the internet and they tell absolutely different information. How is it in other contries? Do doctors warn about the risk?

you are right. opinion on solarium can be very different. i think researchers claim that it is a risk factor for skin cancer but there are dermatologists decline such claim. i think if you would like to have it, don't over do it.
i don't want to give you my opinion here since it is personal opinion and i am aware of different thoughts in medicine for soloarium. but remember it is still UV light!
