Hi all. I went on a bit of a drive today to see a really good hematologist. He looked at all test results and did an exam. He said there are 2 lymph nodes swollen but nothing big enough to biopsy right now. The whole point of the consult was to see if my onc is right and I should get the bone marrow biopsy.
This docotr says that due to the pathology report from a lymph node a yr ago the wording on marginal b cell hyperplasia could be a sign of early low grade lymphoma. So bottom line he does agree with the dopey onc to get the bone marrow done.
He said he feels it will be negative but with my symptoms and that darn pathology report I should every few months even if biopsy is clean get my nodes checked out.
The news was not what I was hoping for of course. I wanted thid new doc to laugh us out of his office but he tool that ols path report very seriously. Plus my igg's keep dropiing. All of my other blood is ok.

Any tips or words of wisdom in this waiting part of the game? Two weeks til the procedure. Then probably 2 weeks til results.

Let me know, Deena
