Hello I'd like to ask you this.
Can high grade pin jump from left side of the prostate to the right side of the prostate ?
My uncle had 1st biopsy and the result said that he has high grade pin on the left side of prostate.
Then he had 2nd biopsy which result said that now he doesn't have high grade pin on left side but on the right side. So can high grade pin dissapear on one side and appear on other side ??

The 12 samples often used for biopsy can often miss a small volume of tumor or PIN.

Biopsy readings are also subjective: what might look like something suspicious to one person could be viewed as more normal to another, which is why it's usually worth obtaining a 2nd reading to check gleason scores.

Studies indicate that lifestyle influences PC, and changes to diet can slow cancer progression. Vastly different cancer rates in various parts of the world support that theory.
No one knows whether changes to diet can reverse the progress of PIN or early stage PC, but lifestyle improvements certainly can't do any harm and will probably help.

Thanks for your answer John. But my question was : Can high grade pin dissapear on left side and appear on the right side of prostate ??
Because on his 1st biopsy, the biopsy readings said that he has high grade pin on the left side of prostate. Then on his 2nd biopsy, the biopsy readings said no high grade pin on the left side but now is on the right side of prostate ?? I hope you understand my question.

I understand your question.
No, PIN will not suddenly disappear and reappear somewhere else.

It could be present on both sides, but the point is, especially in the context of VERY SMALL abnormalities, a 12 needle biopsy only represents samples of a small area of the prostate and readings are subjective, so while small abnormalities could exist, they might not necessarily show up on every biopsy taken.
