Can anyone tell me why my fil is cold all the time? Is this another symtom? Maybe the morphine? Thanks for your response.

Kedmunds - I felt cold all the time. I assumed it was because I had lost so much weight. Now that I'm done with chemo and putting some weight back on, it's starting to get back to normal.

Best of luck.

My mother had the same problem. I read that chemo can cause lowering of red blood cells making them anemic and causing them to feel cold. My mother stopped chemo about a 2 months ago and started taking an iron supplement and her blood counts are almost normal now with only one day feeling cold. You should consult with your doctor before taking supplements and see if you can get a blood report.
