If you don't get a response here, I suggesting posting your question on Prostate Cancer Infolink ( http://prostatecancerinfolink.net ). There are guys on there with advanced PCa and lots of experience with hormone therapy, testosterone levels, etc.

Dr Leibowitz has used hormone treatment extensively and has published a lot of information on the subject over the past 10 years.

Many of his papers are available on the Patient Advocates for Advanced Cancer Treatments website, www.paactusa.org and on the website www.compassionateoncology.org Publications there include a lot of details and case studies on hormone treatment and several relating to testosterone levels.
