Does this sound like a tumor?

Ok, back in June I started having some headaches, which subsided, but now, I'm starting to have various other symptoms. I have a pain that is sort of behind my ear and goes down my neck on the left side, and it's sort of a burning pain. It's mild to moderate, worse when it's supported against something, and feels a better when I stretch it. It is also accompanied by a burning pain in my left nostril. I also have muscle twitches, mostly on the left side of my body, sometimes they're kinda like spasms, but other times just a twitch. They seem worst at rest, especially when I'm trying to go to sleep. I have a tremor in my left shoulder, which the doctor I went to said was psychogenic, but I'm not sure. I also feel dizzy when I get out of bed and have felt really tired lately. I had a blood test at the doctor, but would that show anything about a tumor? It's all I can think about now and I'm really scared. Can someone help? I'm a 14 year old male if that makes any difference.

    Thanks.

Hi Jed. It does not "sound" like brain cancer to me. But the key word it "sound". Have you told your parents about this? If not, that is where you should start. Most likely your symptoms are due to more than one thing but you need to see a doctor for a proper examination and diagnosis.

    Jim,

I have told my parents, and I had a doctors appointment. The doctor tested all the cranial nerves or something and said they were all perfect, but I've heard the only way you can truly detect a brain tumor is with an MRI. I also got blood work done and have a follow up appointment but I assume the hospital would have called if something abnormal came up.
