Is this skin cancer or a pimple?

I am very worried. It is on my back and is painless. I am meeting my dermatologist on Monday.

Hi Youchers

Looks pretty painful - but I'll have to tell you, it's hard for a person to look at a picture and tell you whether you have skin cancer.
I am not an MD but would say hold out until you see your dermatologist. Sometimes people give advice, even they know they can't be sure, and that could make you stress and worry for no good reason.

I suggest that you go to your appointment, and pop back in to let the community know how it went. Until then try to take your mind off it somehow. I'll be thinking of you - good luck!
