Fatty liver

Hi everybody,

I am having painfull feeling on my liver.

I am a hab B carrier, doctor told me i have a fatty liver.

Will fatty liver cause pain on my liver?

i have gone for my blood test,ultra sound and ct scan last mtth. doctor said every thing seem alright.except fatty liver.
i was told to go for my next ultra sound on 03-10-2005

will fatty liver cause pain to my liver?

You should ask your doctor but I do not believe that fatty liver will cause pain. It is generally silent. For that matter most disorder in the liver are silent. I think that volume increase of the liver would cause pain but your doctor would easily detect that.
