Is anyone on rigosertib trial?

Hi,
My dad was diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer June 2012. He was just accepted into a trial for gemcitabine/regosertib. I am wondering if anyone can tell me what side effects they have encountered, including which days seem to be worse than others. I know everyone reacts differently....just wondering if there might be trends. I live about 3 hrs away and want to help my brother (he lives about 30minutes from my dad) with driving to chemo and care for my dad. He lives alone so we want to make sure he has the help he needs. Sorry to hear about your dad's diagnosis. I haven't heard anyone here talking about that particular trial, although there are many that are/were on gemcitabine. For my dad, he was mostly symptom free until the very end of his treatment. For most, it seems like the side effects are worse the first few days after and mostly consists of tiredness and some nauseau, but the nauseau can be controlled rather well with a variety of meds that the dr. will give your dad.
