    Lump behind ear

    I noticed about a month ago that i have a lump behind my left ear.... i Went to the docots and he said that i could just be getting sick but its been like 3 weeks and i havent been sick or anything. recently ive been getting Major Headaches sometimes 2 or more a day they keep coming then going away then coming back. i almost have been getting sharp pains under my ribs.. i havent been able to eat anything i always feel full and dont wanna eat anything. When i looked online about what i might have cancer came up as one of them.... Could it be? im going to see another doctor soon

    HockeyKid, I am very sorry about your current heath concerns.

    There are a number of things that lump could be. Your symptoms may or may not be related to each other. It is hard for anyone on the Internet to say for sure. All I can tell you is to continue to work with your own medical team in order to find out what it is. Sorry that I cannot be more helpful.

    i too have this problem maybe about 1 week ago i had sharp pain under my ribs. Could this be a case of Lymphoma? i also had lower back pain and waking up from sweating at night.

    I know these posts were done awhile ago - but I thought I would add my two cents for anyone reading them down the road. Several years ago I had a couple of lumps under and armpit. They terrified me because it was my lymph nodes. I went to the doctor and it turned out to be lymph nodes doing what they are supposed to be doing....working on battling an infection. I was bit my some sort of bug while camping and that is what cuased it.
    Give youself time and don't worry yourself silly.
