    liver cancer possibly in bones?

Hi I have posted here before, I was wondering if it's common / likely for primary liver cancer to metastasize to the bones?

My oncologist says that HCC is not a cancer that is very inclined to metasticize compared to others, but when it does the bones are the most common site.

I believe if its not all taken out or killed off it could end up anywhere-My moms went from colon-ovary. That was irradicated with chemo two times and radiation. she was cleared of that cancer . she later developed (what the Dr told us was a liver cancer) nothing to do with the first one. (I find that hard to believe..but Im not the doctor. cancer is kniving ,evil sneaky and soo unpredictable. doesnt sound like it but moms had several what we like to call miracles of recovery so far. In your situation it just may be a seperate cancer also. thoughts and prayers that your family has a miracle of its own.
