The power of Raw Potato Juice!

For those who are curious about trying alternative methods to stay healthy and cancer-free, I recommend you check this out:

I never knew how beneficial the potato can be, it has been said and proven to fight off all types of cancers such as liver disease, diabetes, gastric ulcer, kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, lumbago, sore shoulders, etc. My goofy cousin said "where do you find raw potato juice, do they sell it at the supermarket?!" It does sound kind of gross to drink raw potato juice but both my aunt and uncle have been drinking it for quite a while, and they say to use a juicer and mix it with like apple juice, water, etc, here's her response:

For Gastro-Intestinal symptoms, try 1 potato, several carrot & apple ( I use alternative organic juice for faster & economical ).

peel & slice the potato in small piece, grind in juicer 2 min + or til into juice like fluid, add in both carrot & apple juice, grind for another 30 seconds, then shake & drink immediately when is fresh.

This is a old Chinese Monk recipe, its supposed to be very help in many internal healing. you may also try it.

Hi SFG, just one word of caution, uncooked green potatoes are actually toxic. So make sure the potatoes are fully ripe.
