    In memory of my father

My father passed away to pancreatic cancer on December 20th, 2011. His name was John Whatman, and he was 49 years old.
When I was 2 years, he wrote a song for me.
In honor of him, I've covered the song in hopes that it will touch even just one person's heart, and tell them that giving up is never an option.
My daddy fought for 2 years. He will always be the strongest person I will ever know.
This is "A Firm Place to Stand"

I am sorry to read about your father.
I am also sorry that I have to adhere to forum rules and delete your video. I tried to go to the address of it but couldn't. New posters can not post links except to personal blogs until they have posted 10 posts and pictures are not allowed.

Very beautiful, thanks so much for sharing. You remind me so much of my own daughter...and she plays guitar too. I am so sorry for the loss of your father, you are right though, he will always be with you in life.
