    Dual Signature Possible?

Four years ago, I dealt with prostate cancer and had surgery.
Now, I am about to have lung cancer surgery.
So I visit both the lung and prostate cancer forums.
Is there any way to create a signature history that would allow my prostate history to be viewed while visiting or posting on the prostate forum and the lung cancer history to be part of the signature while visiting the lung cancer forum?
    I know. Pretty dumb. Sorry.
