    2012 - 2015 PSA w/Proscar avg 3.3
    2015 Quit Proscar for 3 months, PSA 6.9
    03/2017 - Biopsy, 6/12 cores positive, four (3+3), two (3+4), DRE Negative
    04/2017 - To MD Anderson, decided on combo brachy and beam, pending MRI
    05/12/2017 - Endorectal MRI found 0.8 cm bulge (possible EPE), MDA recommended surgery.
    06/26/2017 - RALP done at MD Anderson by Dr John Ward
    07/09/2017 - catheter out at 13 days (removed myself)

    July 2017 Age 57. Frequent night urination. PSA lab reading 5. DRE revealed lumps.
    August 2017 Biopsy reports PCa in 6/12 cores Gleason 4+3=7. Clinical stage T2b.
    October 3, 2017 Robotic prostatectomy.

    PSA Reading: 2016 2.5, February 2017 5.1 age 68. No other health issues. Local URO DRE no lumps. Biopsy May 1017, 5 out of 12 positive for adenocarcinoma. One 5%, 2 at 20%, 2 at 10%. Gleason 3+3. Family history: Father and two of his brothers had prostate cancer. One uncle died of PC (1973). Others cured. Open RP completed September 29 2017. Final Pathology: Cancer adenocarcinoma upgraded to Greason 7 (3+4). Cancer involved 15% of prostate volume. Cancer contained within prostate, all margins negative, no extraprostatic extension, no lymthovascular invasion. Stage T2C. Seminal vesicles negative. Focal perineural invasion identified. Surgery at UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Passavant) Dr. Dan Cole and Dr. Ronald Cercone assisting.
