Alright, saw the doc, it was LC in my head, they did get it all out so far. Now it looks like i have to have some radiation at this spot. Not locking forward to it. And then its just wait and see. Means we are on the stage now like , how long. Not a nice feeling. But nothing i can do. im not even 50.
Will write more another time, thanks for listening.

Sorry to hear this news Petra but relived to hear the doctors believe they have successfully completed the surgery. Radiation should take care of any lingering concerns and help alleviate any pain you may be experiencing.

Keep doing what your doing and of course, without hesitation, we are always here for you.

Thanks, i need some support right now. I always was strong and positive, but at the moment i am very depressed and negative. My poor Hubby is trying what he can but i am in a hole. Never felt like this in my life. I have to come back out there. Just discovered that now my Lymph nodes are swollen again, i hope its just from surgery. Will see the doc next Friday anyway.

Hi Petra. I have read and reread your posts and am so sorry you have and are going through so much. Even though I have cancer I hesitate to give advice to others as I don't know all that much medical wise about cancer so I try to only pipe in when I have gone through something similar, usually emotionally. My husband doesn't like to hear me talk negative thoughts either and always says everything is going to be alright. That is why it is so important to have this forum and when we are weak or sacred or whatever the people in this forum are here to listen and lift us up. No one can be strong or upbeat all the time and let's face it, cancer is very, very depressing but you are not alone. Every emotion whether it is fear or despair we have all felt at one time, whether we are the patient or caregiver.

Petra it is okay not to be strong every day. You are allowed to have down days hun. You have been so amazing through this whole journey but remember you are not superwoman. Let yourself have a "moment" (as I call them) then when you are ready, pick yourself back up and move forward again. I am just so sorry I did not see you post yesterday. Hope you are feeling better today. Big hugs to you!
