    Hearing loss after chemotherapy?

Hey!! I'm new here. I'm here to ask a random question regarding hearing loss.
I have been suffering from hearing loss after undergoing chemotherapy. I have researched and saw that it's common but I'm worried about it. I'm under partial remission of cancer and I can't imagine living the rest of my life as a deaf. My mom is compelling me to undergo hearing test from a clinic in Toronto to know the exact reason of hearing loss. Has anyone here lost their complete hearing ability after undergoing chemo? I would like to hear your experience after undergoing chemo.

Hi, Brenda--I'm sorry to hear of your situation. Can you tell us a little more about your specific treatment--the kind of chemo used and for how long? It might help pin down your current symptoms.

    Thanks.
