    Thanks Lone Sir. I find this rather timely on 2 fronts. 1) Unrealistic positive prognosis for therapy for my friend with Stage 4 colon cancer...has since moved to palliative care 2) Potential future discussion with ONC on adjuvant therapy once PATH reports come back.

    Quality of life is important to me and my support system.
