Anchorage, Alaska T-Cell Lymphoma Petient Education Seminar August 4th, 2018

For those T-Cell Lymphoma patients and caregivers living in the last frontier, here is a remarkable opportunity to learn and interact with one of the luminaries in the T-Cell Lymphoma world. An incredible doctor who has saved my life at least three times in the past 10 years. The immune system and lymphoma in general will be explained and T-Cell Lymphoma - both cutaneous and systemic will be addressed in detail. All free of charge, but please register ahead for planning purposes! Registration is free and may be done here.

    • Topics covered: T-Cell Lymphoma Overview (PTCL & CTCL); Treatment Options; Novel Therapies; and Clinical Trials
    • Parking will be validated for registered guests - hotel parking only
    • Continental breakfast and a buffet-style lunch will be provided for all registered guests

It will be held at the:
    Anchorage Marriott Downtown
    820 W 7th Ave

To date: 1 cancer, relapse, second relapse/mutation into 2 cancers, then 3 cancers simultaneously, 20 chemotherapy/GVHD drugs in 11 regimens (4 of them at least twice), 5 salvage regimens, 4 clinical trials, 5 post-transplant immuno-suppressant/modulatory drugs, the equivalent of 1,000 years of background radiation from 40+ CT series scans and about 24 PET scans.
Both lymphoid and myeloid malignancies lend a certain symmetry to the hematological journey.

Believing in the redemptive value of suffering makes all the difference.
