How to get rid of nausea (do not vomit!)?

My dad (78 years old) is diagnosed with stomach cancer 3 years ago. He did not want surgery and did not have chemistry. All this time he had nausea (not vomiting!) Does not depend on food intake. Recently, it has become unbearable! Maybe someone will advise drugs for nausea? Domperidone, Omeprazole, Ondansetron does not help.

Depends where you are located as to what anti nausea medication is available.
There are numerous prescription medications available however given the normally prescribed treatment as you mention do not work then the only option is to raise the nausea issue with his medical team or doctor as ober the counter drugs will not work and given he has stomach cancer may be dangerous.

So I’m afraid the only route is to seek help and advice from his doctors.
