Then, it seems you have answered your own question.
Lower lumbar problems (skeletal ) nerve impingement of which I don’t boast, but I’m a expert in pain having had it for years.
If it bothers you so much, get a referred for a MRI scan, telling your doctor
all and I stress all the facts.
You never know, you may just get an answer that is far more comfortable than suspecting cancer.

Not sure what you’re looking for as you know we cannot diagnose you but you don’t say what else you’re looking for.

I do know that if you list a crap-load of symptoms and ask a bunch of cancer patients if they’ve ever had these symptoms, well, you can guess what the answer will be! Does that really tell you anything? No, it does not. Unless you were under the illusion that cancer patients all have a limited and fixed number of symptoms based on their particular type of cancer.

No one here is going to tell you that you have cancer.
No one here is going to tell you that you don’t have cancer.

That is what we have doctors for. Yes, they make mistakes. But at least their mistakes are informed.

They will be able to look at you in person. They can see if your weight might be causing spine/alignment problems. They can assess whether you’ve been punishing your GI tract with a poor diet. They can ask about your exercise regimen. Whether you’ve strained yourself. Whether you’re the type of person who doesn’t let themselves rest and heal properly now that they’re getting older. Whether your skin looks jaundiced. Whether you’ve changed the types of soap and shampoo you’ve used. Whether the local weather has been making others have the same symptoms. Allergies. Family issues. Recent deaths. Job stress. Gallstones. Cirrhosis of the liver. Diabetes. IBS. Etc. etc. etc.

All of which are much more likely and less dire than pancreatic cancer.

Now more symptoms. Make an appointment as there is nothing else we can offer.

Closing this thread now. If you should ever be diagnosed with cancer, we will be here for you but for now, seek medical advise by a medically trained physician.
