    It happens....

When I was going through SRT, I had a constant challenge getting the empty colon, full bladder, procedure just right. I tried lots of combinations. I had some uncomfortable table experiences, two immediate runs to the bathroom when done, and one table dampening experience. The techs told me to just let it go...and I did. No recriminations afterwards, and I was also told it happens often.

It was SOP to be naked from waste down, wear a hospital gown, and getting covered on the table with a sheet. The good news is that resulted in still having dry underwear available, after my table wet down.

    Please Lord, no more RT.

I was given the option of wearing the bottom scrubs or something loose to pull down. I have gone in both sweatpants or cargo shorts. I wear either house slippers or low cut sneakers with no laces to slip on and off easy once I am in the rad room. Sometimes a crazy Hawaiian shirt for fun too.

Perfect ... like the idea of Calvin with "text", thinking of adding "PCa".

During my 39 treatments I constantly worried about this. Several times it was nip and tuck, but I managed to avoid it. However, my protocol involved taking a stool softener every day to help with a clean colon. This caused a lot of gas and GasX was only partially successful in mitigating this. One day when my treatment was over, the tech came over to give me a hand in sitting up as I am an overweight guy. As I sat up a huge fart emerged to my great embarrassment. As in your situation, the techs seemed unconcerned, and I slunk away as quickly as possible.
