I had my RALP done one-month after my 71st birthday. I was back to hard bicycle riding in three months and serious pickleball games in six-months. Today, 14-months post-RALP I have almost no physical side-effects from the surgery.

One of my pickleball partners, older than I and quicker than I, had his RALP done four weeks ago.
