    http://www.nci.nih.gov/clinicaltrials this site does have likes to all NCI sponsored trials.

    This info is very much appreciated, but I have to say poorly done by NCI (a site I generally like, btw). When I looked, they had trials which were no longer accepting applicants and one which had long since completed...with nothing about the results. That of course doesn't mean it's not worth checking out, just FYI/FWIW.

    There is also a section for "Clinical Trail Results". But as often happens with sites like the NIH.gov the information sometimes is older than what you might find on the centers actually doing the research. Still, it is a good place to start.
